Required documents

• • Passport valid must be 6 months from intended of travel date
• • Current & All Machine readable passport and manual passport is mandatory
• • (In case of lost passport required FIR copy with English translation)
• • Covering letter on company letter head mention purpose of visit
• • Invitation letter from the (Canadian company) & complete address, contact & e‐mail Sponsor passport copy & complete address, contact & e‐mail (relatives / friends)
• • Clear recent 3 picture 35 x 45 mm white background non glossy paper Without glasses & scarf visible ears (less than 3 months old)
• • Doctor letter & P.M.D.C. certificate copy (if doctor)
• • Employment certificate: stating applicant’s position and duration of employment & mention salary
• • Proof of income: (last 3 months salary slips)
• • Up to date last 6 months bank statements & Account maintenance certificate Minimum balance up to 10 lac Per Person, signed and stamped by the bank.
• • Last 02 years income tax return receipts or Challan copies
• • CNIC copy & English translation
• • Property documents in your name only (if any)
• • FRC (family registration certificate) issued by Nadra
• • MRC (marriage registration certificate) issued by Nadra
• • Contact address or hotel reservation in Canada
• • Children’s: under 18 b form and parents’ passport and CNIC copy
• • For students: a recent original Bona‐fied letter from your school, college or university.
• • Last 03 Month Fee slip (PAID stamp)
• • Visa approval is subject to embassy discretion.
